Description
1-hour classes for gymnasts aged 6 and over. For girls, classes range from beginner to advanced levels, introducing skills and drills on vault, bars, beam, floor, and tumble tramp. For boys, the Boys Sports Development class focuses on developing individual strength and coordination needed in all sports.
