Description
Specifically designed for ages 4-6, the Nova program helps children develop physically, mentally, and emotionally. It focuses on behavioral and physical development, improving balance and flexibility, introducing nutrition and healthy physical activity, teaching good character concepts such as honesty, respect, and courtesy, and learning basic self-defense and fundamental conflict resolution.
