Winter Training & Private Lessons

Private 1-on-1 baseball lessons and group training at Slammers North indoor facility in Broomfield. Professional coaches who played at the collegiate or professional level. Hitting lessons with video analysis, pitching instruction and velocity training, catching technique, infield/outfield defensive training, and base running. AVP Arm Velocity Program for scientifically-designed throwing progression. Group training in groups of 3-4 players. Ages 10-18 for private lessons. Youth Select program includes 30+ indoor sessions starting January, two workouts per week January through April, one per week in May.
