Traditional Korean martial arts training in Soo Bahk Do for youth and families. Students develop values of confidence, self-control, integrity, focus, and perseverance. Training includes breathing techniques, flexibility, balance, and core strength. Member of International Soo Bahk Do Federation. Classes available 6 days a week.
